Complaints and Service Concerns
A complaint should reach the right person, carry a clear record and never be buried inside a sales conversation.
How to submit a complaint
Email info@rapiddealsuae.com with “Complaint” in the subject. Include your name, preferred contact details, the property or listing reference where relevant, what happened, the date and the outcome you are requesting.
What not to send initially
Do not email passwords, payment-card information, complete bank records, passports or Emirates IDs merely to open a complaint. Rapid will explain a suitable route if a specific document is required to investigate the issue.
How Rapid handles it
The complaint should be logged, separated from ordinary sales follow-up and routed to an appropriate manager. Rapid may ask focused questions, review the communication or listing record, speak to the relevant team member and provide a written response or next step. Complex contractual, developer, owner or third-party disputes may require information or action outside Rapid’s control.
Listing or advertising concern
Provide the listing reference, URL, permit or Madmoun details and a screenshot where available. Rapid may pause or correct an advertisement while the authority, availability, price, images or responsible-agent information is reviewed.
Public-content correction
For an incorrect fact in a judgment, case, evidence item or guide, use “Correction” in the subject. Material public corrections are recorded on the public corrections page rather than silently changing the historical record.
Privacy request
Use “Privacy Request” in the subject for access, correction, deletion, restriction or consent matters. Rapid may need to verify the requester before disclosing or changing personal information.
Official escalation
This internal route does not remove any right to approach the relevant authority or seek independent professional advice. For real-estate-company complaints or other official options, users may review the official DLD complaints service ↗. The authority controls that service and its eligibility requirements.
